Green flag award

Victoria Park

Barry's first park to be awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award

Victoria Park is a classic historic park tucked away in Cadoxton on the eastern side of Barry. It offers a unique blend of traditional and modern features and planting within its 6.5 acre grounds.

THANK YOU to who all attended the Fourth Annual Victoria Park Fun Dog Show Charity Event on Sunday 6 May. Full roundup of event to follow, but for now, here's some pictures (again, more to follow, including competition winners).

The sun came out to play on Sunday 7 May for the best fun dog show in the Vale (now in its fourth year).

Victoria Park was buzzing and packed with residents and their four legged pals. Everyone got involved in the fun classes for all dogs and their owners and, with a Bouncy Castles, coconut shy, Trade stands, and our doggy department stores, it was a real family day out. The event was all in aid of the Dogs Trust, Guide Dogs for the Blind, and Friends of Cardiff Dog Pound, who all came along to join in the fun. Thank you to everybody who supported us. Here's to next year's event!

Please feel free to 'right click and save' any of these images with our compliments.
