By Car:
Cosmeston Lakes are situated about 5 miles west of Cardiff. The
main entrance is 1.5 miles south of Penarth town centre on the
B4267 Lavernock Road to Sully. Only 15 minutes from the M4.
Bus and Rail:
Cardiff bus operate a regular service past the main entrance to
the country park (Tel: 08712002233)
There is also a local summer circular bus service (P1) from
Cosmeston lakes to Penarth Marina running on Friday, saturday and
sundays (Tel: 02920616589)
The nearest rail station is at Penarth approx 3 miles Tel:
08457 484950 for rail information.
