Events at Dyffryn Gardens
Dyffryn is an outstanding Grade 1 registered garden featuring a

Cowbridge Book Festival
11 - 18 May
Notable and up-and-coming authors will give informative and
entertaining presentations throughout the week and on Saturday 12th
May, the Gruffalo comes to Cowbridge. Come and meet the
him and hear all about his friends. Face-painting, storytelling,
photographs with the Gruffalo, fun and family entertainment.

Barry Festival of Transport

Beyond the Border
Wales International Storytelling Festival
29 June - 1 July
Wales' leading international festival of storytelling will take
place in the grounds of St Donats, a medieval castle
overlooking the sea.
A magnificent feast of stories and music from Wales and the
world. The festival will also include epic singers, musicians,
circus performers, puppeteers, street theatre artists, films, fire
shows and wild dancing.

Penarth Summer Festival

Vale of Glamorgan National
Eisteddfod 2012
4 - 11 August
Llandow
The 2012 National Eisteddfod will be held in the Vale of
Glamorgan, at Llandow, located between Llantwit Major and
Cowbridge. This hugely important national, cultural festival
attracts over 150,000 visitors every year. For more information

World Shakespeare Festival
