Calling all event organisers in the Rural Vale
Join the new Rural Events Network for free and benefit from:
1. The FREE use of a stock of event equipment for use in the
Rural Vale.
2. Your events being included for free in the new Rural Events
Listing.
3. Up to date information and guidance for event planning.
Equipment is available on a free loan of up to seven days
and includes:
- Heavy duty gazebos – various sizes
- Portable hot water hand wash units
- Motorola CP040 VHF event radios with headsets
- Fire extinguishers
- Six x A1 size A frames
- High-visibility tabards
- Folding tables and chairs
- Portable PA system

The network is administered by the Vale of Glamorgan Council and
is open to
anyone interested in the development and delivery of quality
events in the
rural Vale of Glamorgan.
