Vale of Glamorgan Tourism Strategy
The Vale of Glamorgan Council is committed to the
development of the local tourism industry.
It recognises that a well-managed tourism industry is an
important source of new jobs, enabling economic diversification,
protecting the local heritage and environment, and providing
benefits to the local community.
Our vision is to create an attractive tourism destination with a
positive image for the Vale of Glamorgan, capitalising on the
Heritage Coast and the proximity to Cardiff, encouraging
sustainable development and quality facilities to enrich the
experience for visitors and residents.
