Barry Island

Generations of families have been enjoying the traditional seaside fun and stunning beach at Barry Island for many years.

The south-facing beach of Whitmore Bay is a sweeping crescent of perfect golden sand, which is accessible to all, including wheelchair users. The beach is flanked by a wide promenade where children can play in safety away from the traffic, while the small sandy Jackson's Bay is nearby.
