RNLI Lifeboat Station

There has been a lifeboat station at Barry Dock since 1901. If
you would like to find out more about the many men and women who
have risked their lives for others since that first shout please
contact the Lifeboat Visits Officer below to arrange a visit.
During a visit you can view the historical display inside the
working boathouse and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee as you soak up
over a century of local heroism.
Groups
Pre-booked groups can try the Lifeboat hands on
action stations that will show you just what it's like to be a
lifeboat crew member. Great for family days out.
