Llantwit Major Horticultural Show

Sat 17 August, 2pm - 5pm

Llantwit Major Leisure Centre

The show is open to all exhibitors, covering all age groups of children and first time exhibitors are very welcome. Exhibits are accepted from 8:30am to 10:45am when judging commences. There are classes in vegetables, flowers, flower displays, home baking, chutneys, jams and home made drinks. Supporting the show will be arts and craft stalls and a flower arranging demonstration from approximately 2:30pm to 3pm.

Vale of Glamorgan Agricultural Show

Wed 21 August, 8.30am - 8pm

Fonmon Castle, Fonmon, Barry, CF62 3ZN

This year's agricultural show features the Kangaroo Kid motor cycle display. There will also be a food hall, horticultural show, home produce marquee BSJA show jumping, sheep shearing demonstration, fairground, bee keepers, sheepdog trial display, craft fair, KC dog show, police dog display, laser clays, archery, children's entertainment and more.

Cost: adult £10, child £5, senior citizen £8, family £25 (2+2).
