By Telephone

  • You can make a payment by speaking with a member of our staff Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6pm using your Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Electron by calling 01446 700111.

On-Line Payments

At our Council Office

Payment may be made at the Council’s Cash Office free of charge by bringing along your barcoded bill.

At Post Offices, PayPoint or Payzone

Payment may be made at local outlets displaying the PayPoint or Payzone logos during normal business hours, free of charge, using your barcoded bill. Local outlets can be found at:

By Post

Send your payment to the Director of Finance, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'The Vale of Glamorgan Council', and crossed. They should not be addressed to an individual Officer.

 

Via your Bank

You can maker a direct payment to the Vale of Glamorgan council’s bank using online banking or by bank giro credit. You will need the Council’s bank details which are Co-operative Bank Plc, 16-17 High Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AX Sort Code: 08-90-03 and Account No: 61007220. You should use your bill reference number as the reference number with your payment.
