Events at Porthkerry Country Park
Family Fun Days
Porthkerry Country Park, in partnership with the Seren
Gwyrdd are organising a series of Family Fun Days over the
next few months. These sessions are designed to encourage adults
and children to play together in the woods and includes lots of
exciting activities, like den building, making mud monsters,
weaving willow and climbing over, through and under obstacles!

Nordic Walking Taster and Walk
As part of the Vale of Glamorgan Walking Festival, Age Cymru is
offering a Nordic Walking taster and walk at the park, for the over
50's . The walk will last for approximately 2 hrs and will start at
2pm in front of the main car park. For more details please visit

Teddy Bears Picnic
Calling all teddy Bears, why don't you bring your owner along
for a picnic and play session on Wednesday June 6th at 2pm. A drink
and snack will be provided, along with lots of activities for the
under 5's. Make sure you don't forget to bring along a grown up as
well! Cost is £3.50 per childBooking is essential
