Wildlife Watch group
Porthkerry country park has a new wildlife watch group, working
with the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales.

The club is aimed at children age from eight to twelve years old
who enjoy learning about and exploring their natural
environment.
The group meets for two hours, once a month on a Saturday
morning to carry out a range of exciting activities such as pond
dipping, barn owl surveys and practical conservation projects.
There will be a small charge to cover costs of materials.
Download the events programme for Autumn/Winter
2008.

Any children interested in joining the group, or any adults
interested in helping out should contact the ranger service on
