Before and after treatment
What do I need to do before and after treatment?
Insects
To enable us to treat insects quickly and effectively we ask
that you vacuum beforehand and ensure our pest control officers
have easy access to rooms.
After treatment you should not vacuum the treated areas for a
minimum of seven days.
Rats
If treatment is required in your garden you will need to clear
unwanted items which could provide harbourage or nesting sites for
rodents. It would also be helpful if inspection chambers are easily
accessible and free from obstruction. If we recommend structural
works to prevent rodent access to your property it is important
that these works are carried out promptly.
Service Outside of Normal Working Hours
We do not provide a pest control service outside normal working
hours. However you can leave a message on our answerphone. Your
call will be returned on the next working day.
