What happens next?
When we receive your complaint, we will initially send out an
advice pack with more detailed advice. If you have been unable to
resolve the issues, contact us and we will open a service request
for you. It will be allocated to an officer who will send out a
letter to yourself confirming the details and with log sheets for
you to complete and a letter will also be sent to the address being
complained about to inform them that a complaint has been received.
This is standard procedure and will happen in all instances.
You will need to complete the log sheets for two weeks and
return them to us. Once received, the officer will review them to
decide on the next action. You will be kept informed of any action
the officer takes.
If the case proceeds to its fullest, you may be expected to
provide a witness statement and potentially appear in court as a
witness.
