Noisy neighbours
Noisy neighbours are a common source of
complaints. They include noise from music and television,
loud frequent arguments with doors slamming, dog barking and DIY
activities. Everyone creates noise, it is when noise becomes
unreasonable that it may become a statutory nuisance.
If possible, try to resolve issues with
neighbours by talking to them, they may not realise that they are
causing a problem as if the dog barks or children play loud music
when they are out, they would be unaware of it.
