Reason for complaint:

Noise pollution: please provide as much additional information as possible, such as when the nuisance occurs, how long for and any efforts you have made to try to resolve it yourself.
A standard letter will be sent to you with nuisance log sheets for you to complete. A letter will also be sent to the person being complained about informing them that a complaint has been made, that an investigation will happen and the possible outcome if they are found to be causing a nuisance.


Please provide as much additional information as possible such as when the problem happened, the location of the problem and the nature of the problem.

When all the appropriate information is received, it will be investigated. You will be contacted within 5 working days of your complaint being received for an update.
