Landscape Design
The Landscape Design Service works with others to improve the
environment.
We may design public parks, the surroundings of public
buildings, play areas and open space but our designs must be
sustainable and accessible to all.
Some of our work is in the countryside, but often we are helping
to make our towns better places to live.
Working with others
We work with other Departments in the Council, Town and
Community Councils, local businesses, the voluntary sector,
residents groups and funding partners such as the Welsh Assembly
Government and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Our job is to help them deliver projects to conserve and enhance
the urban and rural environment.
