Of what you throw away in one week. This will help to show where you may be wasting food.

 

Make a list!

This saves time, money and with meals in mind you’ll end up throwing less away.

 

Use it up!

60% of us end up throwing away food because it has passed it’s, ‘use by’ date - so plan your weekly menu ahead around these dates. 

 

50% of households say they throw away food because they’ve cooked too much, Making delicious meals from leftovers is a smart way to make sure you eat everything you buy.
