Q. How many bags can I put out?
A. There is no limit
Q. How much is it to post bags out?
Q. You can buy nine or more
biodegradable bags by post. There is a charge of £1.45 postage for
each supply of nine bags.
Q. When is my garden waste collection?
A. From 17th March to
the end of November your garden waste will be
collected on the same week as your plastic and cardboard
recycling.
Outside of these dates we operate a ring and
request service.
Q. Why can't drivers collect my garden waste and recycling at
the same time?
A. The material is processed
differently and goes to two different locations; so must be kept
separate.
Q. Can I write on my fabric bag?
A. Yes, feel free to mark
your house number/address on your bag(s) to ensure they are
returned to your house.
Q. What if my fabric bag goes missing or is stolen?
A. Please report this and

Q. What happens to my garden waste?
A. All garden waste collected
is taken to a local farm where it is composted and used by the
farmer as a soil conditioner.
