Tips
For successful composting:
Site your compost in a sunny spot
Regularly stir to air with a stick/fork
Don't fill it more than 80%
Chop chunky items into smaller pieces
Place your composter on soil, allowing worms in
Keep a small container to hand, like an ice-cream tub with holes in the lid, to reduce trips from the kitchen to the garden
