Whether it be kerbside or at either Recycling Centre you can now recycle rinsed cartons (tetra pak) typically used to contain pet food, juice and milk, as well as  empty aerosols for products such as air freshners, furniture polish and hair spray as well as clean foil. It is very important that this is put in clean of food and chemicals please. (As requested by our contractors).

Also, branches of Tesco in the Vale of Glamorgan also have Council-run Tetra Pak/carton/paper collections.

Nearly 7000 double decker buses a year

Each year UK beverage carton manufacturers produce around 55,000 tonnes of paper-based cartons for milk, juice, sauces etc. Amazing, considering a double decker weighs around eight tonnes
