Whether it be kerbside or at either Recycling
Centre you can now recycle rinsed cartons (tetra pak)
typically used to contain pet food, juice and milk, as well as
empty aerosols for products such as air
fresheners, furniture polish and hair spray as well as clean foil.
It is very important that this is put in clean of food and
chemicals please. (As requested by our contractors).
Bring banks
Also, branches of Tesco in the Vale of Glamorgan have
Council-run Tetra Pak/carton/paper collections.
Nearly seven double-decker buses a year
Each year UK beverage carton manufacturers produce around 55,000
tonnes of paper-based cartons for milk, juice, sauces etc., which
is around seven double-decker buses.
