Recycling boxes
Back in stock
From June 2008 there are a limited supply of recycling
boxed back in stock. These are offered on a first come first served
basis.
We would kindly ask that residents observe a limit of two per
household - to ensure fairness.
Where do I get mine?
Call in to Barry Civic Office, Wenvoe in the Alps or Eastgate
Cowbridge to collect yours. Please ring and check weekday only
opening times.
Boxes
Nearly 80,000 boxes have been distributed since 2003, so
thank you for continuing to participate!
How do I separate out my recycling?
- if you have carrier bags to recycle, please
bundle them separately
- you may wish to tie items such as cardboard together
- on paper, glass and cans week,simply use the paper as a central
divider in the box
- on plastic and cardboard week keep items separately at opposite
ends of the box
Please note that we will not collect any recycling that
is put out for collection in black bags.
