Getting the message across

We're often out and about in Vale schools, here are some examples:

Crucial Crew

In June each year all 10 and 11 year olds in the Vale are invited to ‘Crucial Crew’, to learn about safety. Attendees take part in workshops, they learn about dangers of landfill sites.

Governor training

Governors are an important part of any school and we've spent time hosting a session to make sure they understand initiatives that can benefit them.

School talks / assemblies

Do you know how many black bags of rubbish are picked up in one day locally? The chances are that your child could probably tell you though, if they’ve had a waste talk in their school.

We've run a variety of sessions including individual classes, assemblies and eco committees. We enjoy seeing how enthusiastic and knowledgeable young people are.
