Key aims

Health Challenge Wales aims to promote better health and wellbeing; providing a single focus for health improvement activity, raising the profile of the need to prevent ill health in the first place.

What's available

As part of its response to Health Challenge Wales, the Welsh Assembly Government is able to offer up to £400 to help meet the costs of running events.

Criteria:

• Any organisation from the Statutory Sector or Voluntary Community can apply.
• The grant must be used to help meet the costs of an event e.g. Hire of venue.
• The Health Challenge logo must be used.

You must explain that the event has been organised as a response to Health Challenge Wales.
