Terms of Condition
A valid ticket must be purchased
and visibly displayed on the inside of the vehicle, either on the
front windscreen or on the shelf below the front windscreen. The
driver is responsible for ensuring that the ticket remains on
display in this manner while the vehicle is parked. They must
ensure that all parts of the side of the ticket that indicate the
expiry time can be clearly read from outside the vehicle.
PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR
TICKET IS PROPERLY DISPLAYED BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR
VEHICLE.
All tickets purchased are valid for
the day of issue only. Failure to comply will result in an excess
charge of £125.00 plus costs plus interest or £45.00 if paid within
14 days.
Vehicles must not be parked beyond
the lines of stones. Any vehicles parked there will be liable to an
Excess Charge Notice.
NOTE: TICKETS ARE NOT
TRANSFERABLE
The Council, its servants and
agents shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, howsoever
caused to any person or vehicle, including its accessories and
contents whilst entering, within or leaving the car park.
