How it works..
Membership of HOMES4U is open to anyone seeking accommodation in
the Vale of Glamorgan.
To Register..
To be a member of HOMES4U all applicants must complete an
application form. Your details will then be placed on the
Housing Register and you will be provided with a Priority Banding

in writing with your registration number and membership card.

every fortnight. The adverts open on a Thursday at 8.30 a.m. and
close the following Wednesday at 5.00 p.m. Adverts are placed in
the Barry and District News, Penarth Times, and The Gem
Newspapers. You can also view adverts in local offices in Barry,
Llantwit Major, Cowbridge and Penarth, and on the HOMES4U web page
www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk/homes4u .
You can bid for properties by telephone, in
writing, by email, or in person at the office in Barry.
