Priority Band 1 - Gold - Priority Housing Groups
- The applicant/s has been accepted as statutorily homeless by
the Council and issued a Priority Card.
- The applicant/s live in private rented accommodation that is
subject to a Prohibition Order, and recovery of the premises is
required in order to comply with the Order as defined by Section 33
Housing Act 2004.
- The applicant/s have been assessed by the HOMES4U Lettings
Panel and awarded a medical priority for rehousing.
- The applicant/s are the tenant of a participating
Landlord and under-occupying their current accommodation (in line
with the Homes4U Matrix)
- The applicant/s are the tenant of a participating landlord and
must transfer under an approved re-designation or regeneration
programme.
- The applicant/s current accommodation is overcrowded as defined
by the Housing Act 1985 and where a Category 1 hazard has been
identified under the provisions of the Housing Act 2004.
- The applicant/s are a licensee of a Supported Housing Project
and require move on accommodation.
