Groups
- The applicant/s are lodging with friends and family and sharing
facilities in your current home
- The applicant/s do not live with their family (spouse/partner
and children) and want to live with them.
- The applicant/s are a Key Worker who has been offered a
full-time job in the Vale of Glamorgan and need accommodation under
a recognized key worker scheme
- The applicant/s are un-intentionally homeless but have
been determined as not in ‘priority need’
- The applicant/s are un-intentionally homeless and not
owed a duty by the Local Authority
- The applicant/s have a child under 10 and live in a flat above
ground floor level (without a lift).
- The applicant/s need to move closer to receive essential
support/care services or to assist their family with
day-to-day living.
- The applicant/s relationship with their spouse/partner has
broken down and they want to live separately
- The applicant/s are overcrowded by at least one bedroom in
their current accommodation
- The applicant/s are threatened with homelessness
- The applicant/s are roofless
