  • The applicant/s are a tenant of the Council or housing association and have sufficient sized accommodation to meet their needs
  • The applicant/s are an owner occupier or live in a private rented home which has the right facilities and is of sufficient size to meet their needs.
  • All other applicants not included in any of the Priority Band Groups
