Supporting People Operational Plan 2011/12 to 2012/13
The Supporting
People Operational Plan for 2011/12 to 2012/13 was adopted
by the Cabinet of the Vale of Glamorgan Council on
21st September 2011.
The council welcomed comments on the plan
and any ideas for collecting additional information on support
needs in the future.
