Supporting People
The Supporting People Team Co-ordinates the Council's Tenant
Support Scheme, updates the Individual Needs Assessment Database
and supply map. We carry out payments and
monitors/audits of the Supporting People Grant and Supporting
People Revenue Grant.
The team also co-ordinates the Supporting People Planning Group
and production of the Supporting People Operational Plan.
