Planning Application Forms

1 App

The standard Planning Application Form (1 App) introduced by the Welsh Assembly Government is now the only valid form and replaces all existing types of Planning Application Forms within Wales.

The online form on the Planning Portal website will automatically help determine which type of planning consent is required. This will significantly reduce the risk of an application being submitted on the incorrect form and therefore increases the chances of a valid application being submitted first time. This benefits both the applicant and the Authority's staff who process the application, ultimately resulting in a faster decision.

Printable copies of the form are available below (PDF) for the various types of development along with guidance notes attached to help you fill in the forms.

Please refer to the Advice and Guidance pages before completing your Application Form.
