Biodiversity Action Plan

The Vale's Biodiversity Action Plan was produced by the Vale of Glamorgan Biodiversity Partnership.

 

Boundary disputes

The Planning Department does not deal with boundary disputes, as the only accurate definition of a property's boundary will be shown on its deeds. The Land Registry can often help on 01792 355000.

 

Building Control Regulations

Commenting on a planning application

These comments need to arrive before the deadline date - usually 21 days after the site notice has been placed. All letters are public and any comments must relate to planning matters.

Planning Register

We provide an online planning register which allows you to search and view Planning Applications and Appeals that have been submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council since 1980. The planning register is a list of the conditions and decisions made for each planning application and may also be inspected, free of charge, at our reception at the Dock Offices, Barry during office hours.
