Local Transport Plan
The Local Transport Plan (LTP) sets the transport agenda for
the Vale of Glamorgan.
It highlights the Council's primary objectives for transport and
provides a robust set of policies for implementation of a more
integrated approach to transport.
The LTP should be read in conjunction with the Vale of Glamorgan
Unitary Development
Plan in order to gain a clear understanding of the Council's
proposals for the integration of land-use planning and
transport.

In response to the Welsh Assembly Governments new approach to
planning for transport in Wales, Sewta is preparing a Regional
Transport Plan to deal with all aspects of travel
throughout our communities. This will replace the individual Local
Transport Plans developed by all 10 local authorities.
Sewta is currently consulting on its Draft Regional Transport
Plan which can be viewed at
