What do we do?

We arrange support and/or supported accommodation for vulnerable adults who are unable to live independently and who want to live in the community and in a family environment.

A team of specially recruited Host/Carer families (who can be single people, couples or families) offer Respite, Supported Holidays, Long-term supported accommodation and individually tailored support sessions.

All Hosts receive an allowance when somebody is staying with them and service users make a reasonable contribution for making use of the service.

Who is the service for?

Vulnerable people over the age of 18. Referrals are accepted from Community Support Teams following an assessment of individual needs.
