The Vale of Glamorgan Council has produced a Social Services Commissioning Strategy for Older People's Services.
The strategy outlines how the Council will commission services designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for older people within the Vale of Glamorgan in the next seven years. It describes our strategic intentions as well as the changes we hope to make in the pattern of services as an effective broker:
