Revised fostering allowances April 2008 - March 2009
To work out your weekly payment, look up the age of the child
and add the basic Weekly Allowance for that age to the skills level
payment - the total is the basic weekly payment you receive.
( N.B. The basic weekly allowance is a non taxable expense, the
skills payment could, in some circumstances, be liable for
tax).
