What do we do?
We are a one stop shop for families living in the Vale and
people working with families. We provide information
about:
- Childcare including:
- Parent and toddler groups
- Holiday playschemes
- Nanny, baby sitting and au pair agencies
- Help with childcare costs and other benefits for parents
- How to become a childcare provider
- Activities during school holidays
- Leisure activities
- Family support services
- Other services and activities for children and young people age
0-19 years
We aim to help parents and carers, prospective parents,
employers, childcare providers and other people who work with
children and young people in the Vale.

Childcare Search
Our Childcare Search above takes you to our on-line
childcare database, where you can search for childcare in your
area.
If your childcarer is looking after a child under the age of 8
for more than 2 hours a day, they must be regsitered with the Care
and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW). For more
information, use the headings on the left and choose 'Parents'
Zone' and 'Choosing Childcare'.

Family Support Search
Our
Family Support Search takes you to our directory of local
family support services in the Vale of Glamorgan. This is
