Access to Social Care Services for
Children and Young People
At times it may be necessary to prioritise our services.
However, where there are serious concerns for a child, we will
provide a same day response. Our aim is to keep families together
wherever possible, and therefore we work closely with children,
their parents, relatives or other carers and with other
organisations, to find the best solution. Our work will always take
into account the child and family's religious, cultural and social
background and the specific needs of the individual.
