Support and Services

young hand holding old handSometimes when you are caring for someone you can feel like you're the only one. Even if you work or have other social activities, you may not feel you want to talk to people about what you deal with day to day.

There is a wide range of support groups and services within and around the Vale. Some groups are for a specific group and others are for all carers and former carers.

If you run or attend a support group or service and wish to place the details on this website please contact Kate Isaac, Carers Development Officer on 01446 704604 or kisaac@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk
