Rail services in the Vale of Glamorgan are operated by Arriva Trains Wales.

Barry Line - Cardiff Central Station to Barry Island via Grangetown, Cogan, Eastbrook, Dinas Powys, Cadoxton, Barry Dock and Barry.

Penarth Line - Cardiff Central Station to Penarth via Grangetown and Dingle Road.

Vale Line - Cardiff Central Station to Bridgend via Grangetown, Cogan, Eastbrook, Dinas Powys, Cadoxton, Barry Dock, Barry, Rhoose (for Airport) and Llantwit Major.
