Wick Youth Club
Youth Workers: Conway Hawkins and Rebecca Rees
Meets every Wednesday evening
at the Sports Pavilion, Cwrt y Felin, Wick from 7.00pm to
9.30pm.
Activities include indoor and outdoor games,
Internet, play stations, issue based work etc. Young people
have the opportunity to go on trips, visits, inter-club
competitions etc.
This club has a strong link with the village
community council, which supports the club's activities. Members
arrange their own events during the course of the year such as a
Valentine's disco, summer fair etc.
Wick has, amongst other equipment, a full size
pool table and basketball facilities installed outside the
Pavilion.
2010 saw the club in its twelth year and
it draws its members from Wick, Broughton and Marcross.
