Western Vale Day Care
A consultation exercise was carried out with service users,
their carers and the general public to develop a new day care
service for older people living in the West of the Vale of
Glamorgan.
The Western Vale Day Care service opened in April 2005, and to
further develop the service, further consultation took place
in 2007 to find out the views of service users and other

Helping Hands Nursey User Satisfaction Survey
A User Satisfaction survey has been undertaken with parents of
children attending the nursery during November - December 2003,
during January and December 2006, January 2007, and more recently
January 2008 (report in progress). Please click on the links below
