Service User
Satisfaction:
Our Rolling Consultation Programme
We aim to develop our awareness of the
wishes and needs of service users. In order to measure levels of
satisfaction and make improvements where possible, we are
consulting both service users and unpaid carers about the services
they or their relatives have received.
We therefore have a
plan of action to ensure that all service areas are involved, and
have developed a rolling programme to carry out this activity.
Below you can see our action plans for consulting with users of all
our services over an alternating 2 year period.
This commenced with Children and Family Services in April
2004-5, and Community Care and Health Services April 2005-6.
The beginning of 2007 saw the start of a new programme for
Children's Services and this was completed in April this year. The
reports are available on the 'Reports & Outcomes' pages.
Our Consultation Work Plans
are breakdowns of the service user satisfaction consultation
for Social Services. The 2006 and 2007 plans show the
consultation for Community Care and Health, and within
Children's Services. The latest plan for Community Care &
Health for 2008-9 is also available below.
The Plans provide timescales for
preparation, methods and analysis at a glance:
The individual reports are available to download on the
"Reports and Outcomes"
page.
