Community boundaries review

LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY COMMISSION FORWALES LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 - SECTION 56(1) REVIEW OF COMMUNITY BOUNDARIES IN THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN

The Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales have completed their review of community boundaries in the County Borough of the Vale of Glamorgan and have published their Report and Proposals.

Copies of the Report containing maps which illustrate the proposals are available for inspection at the offices of The Vale of Glamorgan County Borough Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Y BARRl CF63 4RU; and at the Commission in Cardiff.

Arrangements are also being made to place copies of the Report in each public library in the County Borough of The Vale of Glamorgan. A limited number are available, on request, from the Commission. The report can be viewed on the Commission's web site at http://www.lgbc-wales.gov.uk

Any further representations concerning the matters in the report should be addressed to the Welsh Assembly Government. They should be made as soon as possible, and in any event not later than 22 October 2009.
