Biography
Councillor Thomas was born in St. Athan and educated at St.
Athan Primary school and Kings School Cardiff. After leaving school
he attended Usk College of Agriculture before returning to the
family farm at Flemingston.
He was elected to the Vale of Glamorgan Council to represent the
