Biography
Councillor Christopher John Williams began his political life in
1991 when he was elected to Dinas-Powys Community Council in a
by-election. He was elected Chairman of that Council in 1998.
Chris was elected to the Vale on 11 May 2000 following a
by-election, which came about as a consequence
of the death of his good friend and colleague, Ray
