Information wanted from local landlords and tenants!
Are you letting a palace? Or something more modest?
The Rent Officer Service is part of the Welsh Assembly and
provides residential property rental valuations, and to do this we
need information on rents in all areas of Wales.
If you are a Landlord of a property, or are renting
accommodation as a tenant, then you could help.
We collect information about rents so that we are able to offer
up-to-date valuation advice. The information that we receive is
kept confidential and not provided to anyone else.
