About Us

We are a small team working within the Corporate and Customer Services department and we:

• produce and update our equalities policies

• provide advice to colleagues on equalities issues

• consult on equalities issues

• compile and update our Welsh Language Scheme

• organise equalities working groups

• assist in the production of equality impact assessments

• provide equality training to our employees.
