Equality Schemes & Impact Assessments
The Council has adopted a number of equality schemes designed
to ensure equal treatment and opportunities for the people of the
Vale, in both service delivery and employment. We also assess the
equality impact of our major policies and practices.
These schemes cover the areas of race, disability and gender,
and have been developed in consultation with service users,
employees and senior managers.
